Frameline changes the world through the power of queer cinema. As a media arts nonprofit, Frameline's programs connect filmmakers and audiences in San Francisco and around the world.
*Frameline produces the annual San Francisco LGBTQ International Film Festival, serving 60,000 LGBTQ and allied guests each June.
*Frameline Encore is a year-round series of free screenings highlighting diverse, socially relevant works.
*The Frameline Completion Fund serves LGBTQ Filmmakers, particularly women, transgender people, and filmmakers of color.
*Frameline's Generations Filmmaker Workshop serves Bay Area based LGBTQ youth and elders, who come together to write, shoot and edit films telling their own stories.
*Frameline's Youth in Motion provides free LGBTQ-themed films and professionally created curricula to Gay-Straight Alliances, serving LGBTQ and allied youth.
*Frameline Voices showcases LGBTQ stories emphasizing films by and about people of color, transgender people, youth and elders online for free via YoutTube and Vimeo.
